Based on the performed work Discharging of oil products from pipeline DN 500 by nitrogen mixture, Polotsk – Ventspils by your organization CEPS a.s. in November 2022, we hereby certify that the work for the discharging of Polotsk – Ventspils trunk and parallel oil products pipelines DN 500, at the 6 sections from the state border of the Republic of Belarus (91st km) to Ventspils CTF (505th km), was performed duly and in a professional manner, in accordance with business and contractual conditions, within the deadline as determined, and in the quality as required, without any defects and backlogs.

The following activities were performed on product pipeline DN 500 within the framework of the work done:

• Elaboration of Project documentation – preparing of working procedures, as  built design.
• Emptying of Polotsk – Ventspils oil products pipelines DN 500, at the 6 sections from the state border of the Republic of Belarus (91st km) to Ventspils CTF (505th km), total length of all sections was 424 km.
